Diamond View II

Diamond View II is a Class “A”, five-story, 150,000 facility which boasts a two-story below ground parking structure capable of holding up to 215 cars. This project also included the construction of a 75 foot pedestrian bridge, the design of suites around the basic footprint of the building, the redesign of the Home Run wall, a message center, and the bull statue.

Structural Elements:

All foundations consist of shallow spread footings
Steel structure consists of braced frames to provide
      lateral stability
Metal Roof Deck
Roof structure is conventional beam and bar joist design
Stairs are steel stringer and pan treads with steel piping

A new facility, DVIII, is a possible future addition to the American Tobacco Campus.
