James Hoover

James joined Morrison Engineers, PLLC in July 2006 as an Estimator and Project Manager for our Heavy Construction Division. He is responsible for the management of projects including scheduling, material purchases, project budgets and site inspections. James is also responsible for estimating projects per bid documents and specifications.

After attending Spartanburg Methodist College, James worked for the Sage Group as a Superintendent and Project Manager. Prior to joining Morrison Engineers, PLLC, he worked for Choate Construction Company, ABE Utilities, and Blair Concrete Services, Inc.

James is licensed with the North Carolina Board for General Contractors.
