North and South Deck

North and South Deck are pre-cast concrete parking decks which feature extensive brickwork designed to blend into the existing buildings of the American Tobacco Historic District.

The six-level South Deck contains 1,180 parking spaces while the North Deck contains 1,160 parking spaces.

South Deck has a shallow foundation system of footings and caisons.

In order to create a location for the South Deck, Bay 3 of the Washington Building had to be demolished.
