Perimeter Park

Perimeter Park is a conglomerate of multi-tenant office buildings located in Morrisville, NC. Morrison Engineers is the Engineer of Record for multiple buildings in the office park ranging from 5 to 6 stories and from 210,000 to 265,000 square feet.

CSO Architects provided the architectural design on Perimeter Two and Three. LS3P provided the architectural design on Perimeter Four and Five. We also worked with Alliance Architecture on an upfit of the Perimeter Four building which included a 3-story monumental stair in the lobby that required significant structural modifications to the building.
