Morrison Engineers is proud to have provided structural design services for the largest rehabilitation project in North Carolina’s history. Originally the Lucky Strike tobacco factory, eleven historic buildings totaling approximately 850,000 square feet were renovated and retrofitted into an innovative mixed-use complex including commercial space and apartments.
