Their newest facility, the Austin Collard Residence and Community Center, is a 7,500-square-foot building designed to serve the center’s most medically fragile clients. As the engineer of record, Morrison Engineers designed the facility with slab-on-grade foundations and timber framing, providing a warm, home-like environment tailored to meet complex care needs.
